I had no sound for a day or so. I think HDMI audio was solved by the ATI HDMI Audio Device driver, R2.18, 2009/3/9, 16277k , on Realtek's website. confirm that windows knows its using my hdmi as its primary audio out, which it does, well of course it does because i can get sound OUT of xbmc, its only when im IN xbmc that the 2 channel sound disappears. no navigation sounds and no 2 channel sound from avi files. mkvs still working perfectly.
