*edit* - I had an Intel Wifi 6 card installed on an adapter board, that was the first thing I removed while troubleshooting - also moved the Nu Audio to the very bottom PCIe x1 slot, the 2nd x16 slot (it's only x4), and the 2nd to last x1 slot.
