I also have the same problem with the sound/audio out of sync using WINDVD creator 2. I'd tries almost everything, download the latest software, firmware, etc. it still out of sync. WinDVD Pro 12 audio problem. When playing Blu-Rays on my notebook with WinDVD Pro 12, there is an audio distortion every 10 seconds. It sounds like a short buzzing or rattling, I don't know how to describe it exactly, but it's annoying. I am pretty sure this problem was not present when I installed the WinDVD back in November.

I removed Intervideo WinDVD Creator 2 & reloaded it from the original CD. Problem fixed. Intervideo WinDVD Creator 2 can now see the burner again & has sound. Intervideo WinDVD player also has it sound back. The bonus (bit of luck) is the latest version of Windows Media Player still works.

Since installing Windows 10 I have had another problem. I can't play my DVD's. This happens with any DVD not just one. The Message I get is: Logic Layer. WinDVD information service is not ready. Please try again later. The software to play my DVD's is Corel WinDVD. I had no problems with this whilst running Windows 8.1. KInd regards . Mike B47

I have since found a way to use WinDVD creator. When I get to the part of burning a DVD, I now burn the files to a folder on my PC instead and then outside of WinDVD Creator2, I copy the Video_TS and Audio_TS folders directly to the DVD burner using windows explorer (do not forget to remove the desktop.ini file waiting to be burnt to the DVD before burning it).

When I install WinDVD Recorder the program does not find the dvd burner. I'm running xp pro and the dvd burner is a atapi dvd-dd-2x16x4x16 and I have a ATI 9000 graphics board. The DVD burner works with my other programs just not WinDVD.. I have downloaded the latest driver for this burner but that didn't help.. The version of WinDVD is 4.5 B11 ...
