    We tried all of these things but could not get it to load. Finally we found out that I didn't have Sound Max on my computer. We went back and reloaded the sound system that was originally there and finally I had sound. We do appreciate all of the efforts and support Microsoft gave to us. Thank you so much. LindaThomasPF

    Did you install the MS UAA bus driver prior to installing the audio driver? If not, that is probably your issue. You will have to uninstall the Soundmax audio driver, reboot and install the MS UAA driver from your PC's support and driver page. Then reinstall the Soundmax driver.
