I have owned a couple of pairs of these. My favourite speaker in PSB's century line was the 400 but the 500 were bigger sounding. Watch the bass at high volumes though - those 8" woofers go into mechanical resonance with the cabinet at certain frequencies and double their excursions - tears the spider instantly.
