    The new HDX 8000 we added to our private network was able to transmit video but there is no sound. Both teh near and far sites see each other but we can't hear each other. I understand it may be a firewall issue but I was told that the video would be the problem if that was the case and not the audio. Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

    Hey, we are using a Polycom HDX6000. We have an issue where we are forced to check the box for diagnostics mode under call preferences in order to get both audio and video on the far end to work. If we uncheck that box it will shut off any video on the far end for the device. Audio will work fine and they can see us, we just cannot see them.
