Overall impressions (Grado PS-1000 + Mapletree Audio EAR+HD) Grado PS-1000 headphones with the Mapletree Audio EAR+ HD headphone amp helped me fall in love with music again. If the new Ear + Purist HD150 does come on top it will be hard to let go of my old work horse the Ear + Purist HD100 which has served me so well for the last 15 months. Having both amps side by side I (and strangely enough my wife also) prefer the look of the Ear + Purist HD100, specially with the Magic Eye doing its thing.
