In Device Manager I had "Cirrus CS4206A (AB13)" and three devices of "NVIDIA High Definition Audio". Then somehow I updated Cirrus driver to "High Definition Audio", but Audio-IN is not working, only Audio-OUT (The same thing with Cirrus). Just to mention, my MB is using only one "multi" audio jack.

By doing lot many experiments I finally resolved the Audio driver problem in MBP. 1) I created the bootbale flash using bootcamp and downloaded bootcamp 6 (windows support software) on the same flash drive. 2) I replaced cirrus Audio drivers of bootcamp 6 with the cirrus drivers of bootcamp 5.1. 3) insatalled windows 10.
