Just after the main potentiometer there's a 1kOhm resistance, just take it off and replace it with a wire, and you'll get the full sweep with your pedal.     The m9 drives just don't stack right like actual pedals do. The digital emulation can only do so much. Just put your dirt/drive pedals before your m9 and use only the pedals for drive. Or if you are set on using the m9 for drive, use the expression pedal or a bank to toggle the output and drive level. (which you might already be doing)
