    Ronnie is right, you must INCREASE the buffer if you're getting core audio overload messages. Bump up to 256 or even 512 and that should help. I always recommend people make sure the I/O Safety Buffer checkbox in your Audio Preferences is UNCHECKED. It always kills my performance when activated.
