Esotec was based on the D280 home tweeter...a pretty nice tweeter for it's time. The Esotar was/is based on the D330 home tweeter. I've only heard one set in Camshaft's car, and they were to die for. There might be other drivers that are more modern in design, might perform better too...but those in Cam's car sure made beautiful music.
