Hopefully a Cyberlink rep can give us an ETA on when an Audio Add-On pack will be available for the PowerDVD 8 and PowerDVD8 Deluxe users. When you connected the PC via SP/DIF on an external receiver, the signal from the DVD should direct to the receiver. So you don't need any internal decoder to decode the signal.

Did you add Cyberlink audio decoder to PotPlayer manually - you have it in DirectShow Filter List (via Preferences - Filter Control - Audio Decoder - Filter Management and add it using: Scan or Add external filter or Add registered filter)? And Audio Decoder - AC3 is toggled to Cyberlink Audio Decoder (PDVD10)?
