I have used the enclosed CD, downloaded the file to a memory stick (both zipped and unzipped), and each time, when the X40 recognizes the file, the next message is "FreeDB Install Fail!" I have contacted Audio Plus Services, who offers technical support for Cocktail Audio in the U.S., but have yet to hear back from them.
