So what i found out is, this error is pretty old actually and 2 fixes seems to work: try to reinstall both - Audio driver (EVERY) and Teamspeak. Try so use "Windows Audio Session" instead of "Direct Sound" or auto best mode for record and playback modes. for me with my Arctis 7 the 2nd method worked out for now. 1.
