Are you connecting over VPN ? If yes, ensure you are selecting the interface which you get after connecting over VPN & not the default NIC. This is usually the main cause of one-way audio. For the same i have configured VPN on our perimeter ASA with DHCP address assignment with option 150. Now our home PCs are able to connect the office network over VPN and able to ping the call managers. User profiles are also created in the CM with LAN card's MAC addresses.
