Before the update i had sound now after the update no sound. I still get sound in avi, mpg, wmv, mkv and divx files and in audio files.

I have installed BS player 2.56 Free. There is no sound with 1920x1080 px HD movies in MP4 format while the sound is OK with the M2TS files! I also get message of an old AC3 filter in codec manager. I tried to installed it myself and still no luck. Please help! Thank you.

BSPLayer plays avi files as audio -- no video However, the post seems to be unresolved and I'm none the wiser myself despite following the recommended actions. I have set BS Player to play all file types, and I have tried every single rendering mode available but none of them solves the problem.
