Open Live Channels, select a channel and allow the Haupauge tuner to lock on signal. Then power off your HDTV, the shield will go into sleep mode if CEC is enabled. Then power up the HDTV, then turn on the Shield, the Live Channels app is already started at this point and PCM sound will be heard on your PCM only HDTV.
