1. Tried the Audio Kontrol 1, with 2.0.6 driver, on a macbook pro 2012 running Mavericks. Also on a Imac early 2013 with Mavericks, both with 2.0.6 driver. Result: No issue at all. On my new rmbp late 2013 I got constant crackling noise. 2. Used a different soundcard/brand on my new rmbp late 2013. Result: No issue.
