    Did the OTHER PC also have 2007? If so the sound will be linked unless it is a wav file. and you changed the default setting for size of embedded sound files. Obviously a link to a file on the other PC is not going to work out of the box. If you used a later version did you trim the sound and is 2007 updated to atleast Service Pack 2?
