Hoping someone might be able to lend a hand here - I am using an original 360 elite (not S), and have it connected via HDMI to my television and via a slim AV adapter with optical output to my receiver for audio. Unfortunately, I am not getting any audio output from the 360 to my receiver via the optical output.

Hi everyone. Just bought a brand new Elite today after my launch Premium red-ringed out of warranty. I'd researched on here about everything especially regarding getting optical audio out of the 360 when using an HDMI cable and was assured that Elite's came with a dongle for just such a requirement.
