It has the RNS 510 head unit. It seems as if it has bluetooth since it has an option but I'm not seeing any way to put it in pairing mode. I did find a post some where saying that the bluetooth module is under the passenger seat but when I look under there everything is so jammed pack that I can't see what anything is.

After checking with the dealer, this apparently is the Premium model that VW Australia is trying to sell as the Premium kit for RNS-510. The kit has absolutely no interface to the RNS-510 screen and effectively only mutes the audio when the call comes through. Other than that you can answer calls on the steering wheel.
