    Basically what is happening is that the sound from your capture card is being put into xsplit, and then the sound being mirrored through windows is also being picked up by xsplit and makes it sound like it is echoing. You just need to tell xsplit NOT to pick up sound from the desktop of the stream computer and just from the capture source.
