    Your sound should be working fine if there is no conflict in DXDIAG tool under Sound Tab. ( Start->Run, Type "Dxdiag" Press "enter" to bring DXDIAG tool window). From the DXDIAG log provided above there should be no problem with the sound. DXDIAG Log pasted above also indicated the its a HD Audio device.
