It has NOTHING to do with trying to synch video to audio. The clip is out of sync with ITSELF. I posted previously of my issue with FCP where an XDCAM clip I transcoded from DSLR footage was getting out of sync in FCP. This is the audio contained within the clip itself (i.e. the audio captured by the camera).

After batch relinking and consolidating a sequence with XDCAM-HD422 it is sometimes out of sync at some points. Sometimes just the sound got shiftet about 10 frames. Sometimes audio is shiftet about 15 frames and video is shiftet 5 frames in the same direction.
