I've found depending on the TV you can have up to 500ms audio delay with ARC. Better to go straight to the soundbar if you can Yeah eARC is on within the TV and works fine with my soundbar outside the Xbox. Don't think there's a way to disable that just for the Xbox input and keep it turned on for everything else.

The delay here seems to be coming from your cable box. The xbox takes in both the audio and video directly from the hdmi and plays them back together. I don't think the xbox is the issue here as many people use this feature ( me peroanallly) and don't run into this issue.

For whatever reason, the clips will record in sync as long as you don't hard reset after changing this setting. Initially, your clips may have delays or no sound; you need to hard reset up to 3 times until your clips are working again. Turn off HDMI audio in the settings on the xboxone, select the optical channel on your receiver and you might find a noticeable improvement for audio and video. I found out HDMI while capable of outputting both audio and video will always have to split the max quality to do so.
