I am having some issues when streaming some videos to my Xbox 360 through my NAS (which has Twonky installed). The videos (mostly AVI's, Xvid w/AC3 audio) play fine through my computers -- both Mac's and PC's -- but when streaming to the Xbox the audio is out of sync by about .5 - 1 seconds.

It's only when streaming to the new Xbox360 that the audio 'becomes' out of sync. I am certain it's not transcoding or anything like that, so I have no idea. Why just one particular series of standard DVDs become out of sync when streamed, yet the actual video file itself when played locally on the PC, shows no signs of out of sync audio.

Not only does it go out of sync, within just a few seconds to minutes of streaming, there is a clicking sound that appears that will not go away unless OBS is restarted, and then it is only remedied until the audio de-syncs and the clicking starts again.
