I have an issue when playing DVDs in our second (newer) Xbox 360. When we put in a movie DVD, we get a "pop" out of the speakers and then nothing. We have the same no sound problem when we try to use NetFlix or click on game demos in the Home screen on Xbox Live. I am convinced it is an Xbox console problem.
