Follow the HDMI to monitor task. Pull the RCA end apart so it can plug in with the HDMI cable plugged in. Then go into your Xbox Settings - Console settings - Audio Digital... select the first/top option. The bottom 2 options send audio into the HDMI cable and the causes a conflict/crash/reboot.
