The issue you are experincing may be caused even by the type of the TV used, if the TV has an analog input (probably a 3.5mm jack port) it wont be able to take the audio from the DVI, so I'd say use a 3.5mm -3.5mm lead and connect it from your computer to your tv that way. Xbox 360 S HDMI to DVI. I own an Xbox 360 S 250GB console. The dashboard is up-to-date. I've had to replace the console's HDD after the first one I had failed.
