    In Device Manager, all audio devices reported working. No available devices listed under SOUND. I also has an KVM switch with Audio. So I have a USB Audio in Device Manager too. However, under Sound there is no device listed. I think the issue is not audio driver since both Intel and USB audio show fine in Device Manager but not in Sound setting.
