    The Xtreme Gamer i bought came with a Windows XP 64-bit driver cd. But i use my Xtreme Gamer with Vista 32-bit and seems to be fine with that. Edit: turns out the X-Fi series driver on creative.com does support Windows Vista 64-bit and there is also a beta Windows 7 driver. So there you go.

    It really depends on what you are going to use it for, however if you can get one, go with the Titanium. Going with an Xtreme Audio is a serious downgrade from the Xtreme Music. It's a rebranded Audigy SE, and doesn't have the Emu processing chip. The Music is similar to the Fatality card. So, either keep the card you have, or go with the Titanium.

    Out of curiosity i just compared myself my x-fi titanium and my motherboard's (asrock x570 taichi) integrated realtek alc1220 soundcard and with mixed feelings i have to say dedicated soundcards are still relevant. Yes, integrated audio sounds pretty good and will be good enough to most users who didn't hear proper soundcard.
