Then the game started. Everything worked just fine, except the sound - absolutely no sound at all. Changing settings wouldn't work. I downloaded DirectX 9.0c from Microsoft official site, and installed it. And the game is still mute. Every other DirectX game has normal sound performance, except Worms Reloaded. Please, help me out here.

Fix 1: Turn off audio ducking in windows sound control panel. (This is normally the first fix for ANY game that does this. It didn't work for me, but hey, maybe you'll be lucky.) Right click the volume icon in your taskbar, and click "sounds". You should see the old-school windows menu for sounds.
