You need to overlap your Narration onto the music so that it plays simultaneously. Basically, Windows Movie Maker only has one audio track to work with and you can't add a second audio independently (in a separate track). 1. I am sorry to inform you that we do not have any such feature in Windows Movie Maker, it is so by design. You can either use audio or music file but not both at a time.
