    Windows Media Center audio and video out of sync. I recently purchased a TV card for my system. I works fine with the manufactuers TV program but when I try to use it with Windows Media Center the audio proceeds the video. I have been advised by the manfacturer to change to an MCE driver but I cannot find one for Windows 7.
