    Windows Live Movie Maker doesn't let you choose the audio track. One thing you might try is to "convert" the file to .wmv using Freemake Video Converter. I know, it would seem odd to convert a .wmv file to .wmv format, but Freemake lets you pick which audio track you want to keep on the conversion.
