    Skype doesn't seam to respect other applications settings regarding audio ducking, at least in Windows. In my Windows application I'm calling an API to disable Audio Ducking. Other communication apps respect my setting and when start don't lower the audio, but Skype doesn't. Even if I open mixer audio and play with the slider it doesn't work.
