I know that Pandora, Rdio, iHeartRadio, and Grooveshark all have channels on PlayOn that work on the Wii U. I believe that there's a Spotify app, but I don't use it I'm afraid. I stream WiiU with HD60. I use a Astro Mixamp for my console audio streams, but essentially, to get audio from the WiiU, use a 3.5 male to male stereo cable from the WiiU GamePad headphone jack. Feed that direct into the Elgato or your mixamp or line-in on your computer, whatever you want. Directly to the Elgato will keep everything in sync.
