    After the Wii boots plug the AV cables in (without turning off the Wii). If this works go into settings and change the video setting from 480p back to 480i. Using a component cable plug the green wire into the yellow jack and you will get black and white so you can at least see the menu to change the video from 480p to 480i. larrylje, May 25, 2009
