It's not that problem, I've already made this setting, but the problem is not in spdif but in absence of DTS. DD works fine, the problem is only with ts files and DTS sound. If there are two audio tracks in ts file I can send DD audio stream to external decoder (receiver) but it is not possible with DTS track.

Cable is optical s/pdif. Problem is that when I play DTS codec video/sound from VLC or other player my receiver wont regocnize DTS signal, only DolbyDigital. Im sure that everything is OK hardware-wise because this has worked before.(In windows 7). I remember that Win 10 had some issues delivering DD5.1 sound over s/pdif but thats fixed now.
