Today I scrobbled without any problems songs (FLAC or MP3) to Last.fm without any problems using the Windows VLC Player 2.2.6 (64bit). Then I installed the 64bit version of VLC Player 3.0.2 over the existing VLC Player and I kept all settings. All worked fine but no scrobbling is possible. The whole thing is reproducible
