So we have to try and fix your sync problems, are you connected 360 to TV and using the TV speakers, or is there a soundbar involved. Are you using HDMI arc if using a soundbar or fibre optic cable. Have you tried the dolby settings in Audio and Video.

One work around I found was, in the TiVo settings go to audio, click on Dolby Digital and then select 'Dolby Digital to PCM'. This alters the output over optical to 2 channel PCM. You won't get Dolby Digital anymore but will get sound through optical everytime.
