You can get into the service menu on the Fios One by turning the power off at the switch on top of the box, then quickly pressing OK 2X on the remote. You'll see a big b&w menu, press the left arrow key in the middle of the remote. Then choose USER menu, go to additional HDMI settings, audio sync and choose manual.

Chanel the audio output. With TV playing press stb power, ok, then menu without a pause in between. You should get a white settings screen. Arrow down to additional hdmi settings and press right arrow. On the next screen arrow to audio output. Then press right arrow until setting changes to L-PCM. Then press menu button until pic comes back.

My older Roku box does not do Dolby 5.1 on Netflix. My TV will put out Dolby 5.1 via TOS LINK. I'll use the cable to connect the STB to the receiver and see if that audio is in sync. Using the TV Netflix app, I'm finding that the audio is a fraction of a second out of sync.
