Three main possibilities. You're using x264 as your encoder and SLOBS is starved of CPU resources. If running SLOBS as admin doesn't resolve it, use a less aggressive preset or change encoder to NVENC. You're recording to a hard drive and the drive can't keep the write speeds up: Try moving the default store location to an SSD.
