If the Audio 8 DJ had the possibility to be used as a windows mixer I could control the volume with it. That wouldn't be ideal as I could accidently change the volume while mixing. A mode to change (via control panel for example) between DJ settings and windows mixer so that in DJ settings,volume couldn't be changed would be great.

All in all I cant really say anything bad about the Audio 8, its well built and easy to use. There are very few sound cards that have been built specifically for a dj out there and this one certainly fits our needs well.It also allows you to incorporate vinyl control into Traktor 3 after they discontinued support of the final scratch interface.
