I am currently designing similar driver and different tweeter, my approach is as follows: 1. I bought a second hand active x-over eg. DCX3400 or 2300 for testing, you can tweak the x-over till the sounds ok. then you may want a passive x-over as model 3400 and 2300 may not sound as good.
