I listened to a clone from warm audio wa2a vs wa76 on YouTube and wa2a this is LA610 = 610 preamp + t4 optocomp (teletronix) sounds much better. I think the sound a universal audio la-610 mkii is much better, because made of the 5 tubes and easier in the settings.

How would you describe the +10 setting on the 610 mkii? I recorded about 20 vocal tracks over the last year often using a range of -5, 0, +5, +10 settings on the 610 mkii. Some vocals came out nice. Others seemed a bit thin. Trouble is, I never made any notes about what settings I used for each song.
