The exact same files play just fine in VLC Player and also on all the other devices above - it's just the PS3 that doesn't like them. I don't think it's Tversity at fault, as I haven't noticed audio sync issues when streaming to my AC Ryan set top box also via Tversity, and it's always been fine for streaming AVIs.

If i check the SPDIF(passthrough) in the settings it will work but it will go out of sync because the video is transcoded when synced. So i heard about this program graphedit, downloaded that, and it can play the streamed url with audio, yet wmp (on same pc) or ps3 cant play it. Any ideas?

The 'stuttering' is a PS3 firmware issue not a TVersity issue, so the two options you have to avoid it until Sony release the new firmware is ; either hardwire your PC to your PS3 (ethernet cable) or instead of streaming the file, go to the appropiate place within the xmb menu & push triangle to copy the file to the PS3 HD.
