EDIT: It's confirmed, January 2018 Windows Update 100% kills Arcsoft TotalMedia Theatre. Since we cannot selectively uninstall updates, the entire 2018-01 Security Monthly Quality Rollup needs to be uninstalled for Arcsoft software to work again. try using the windows 10 compatibility mode option.
