I checked out sundown audio and their prices arent that bad. Im looking at: SAZ1500d, and the SAX100.4, more then likely going to get an AQ HDC3 sub and Rainbow SLC265 components with coaxials for rear fill. The amps come to 854.00 Shipped. I could also get a kicker ZX1500, and a kicker ZX850.4 for a good deal (circuit discount).

kicker is only stable down to 2ohm whereas the sundown can go to 1ohm. i hear that the sundown can put out 1100rms at 1ohm on a good charging system. the kicker will most likely put out around 1200rms at 2ohm. The kicker is more powerful.
