If you want to split the file into 13 seperate files, yes you can do that. Highlight a section, click Copy, then Paste New, and you you'll hve a new file containing the selected audio. If you want to add a few seconds of silence between sections, you can do that. You can't have "chapters" or multiple track numbers in a standard MP3 file.

Split into Tracks Step 1 Use Tool | Cue Points to display the Cue Points window. Step 2 Choose the Auto Cue button. On the Auto Cue window, choose the Mark Silence button. Set the threshold to −40dB. Use Auto Cue to generate cue points automatically at fixed intervals or at silences detected within the audio. Existing cue points are not changed or removed. Use the Delete All button on the Cue Points window first if you do not want to use any of the existing cue points..
